Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, although it may be helpful to meet for 90 minutes in certain situations.
I charge $100 per each 60-minute session.
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
I don’t contract with insurance companies, and this is for a few different reasons. Most importantly, I believe that your confidentiality as a client can be compromised through the insurance billing process. Insurance companies also require a mental health diagnosis in order to pay a claim, and in the work that I do with people I prefer to stay away from pathology and focus instead on the inherent health in a person’s system. If you would like to bill your insurance company, we can submit a receipt, and in some cases you can be reimbursed by your insurance company for part of the session fee.
Because I don’t bill insurance companies, I offer a sliding fee scale to help offset the cost of therapy. Together we can determine a fee that works for you and your financial situation.
I have offices in Boulder and Denver.
